Privacy Policy

Apheleia ("we", "us") builds an AI-native workspace that generates software tools on demand. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the product.

Account data: your email address, and billing details processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers).

Workspace data: the prompts you write, the tools Apheleia generates for you, and the content you put inside them.

Usage data: device, browser, and interaction events used to diagnose issues and improve reliability.

To create and run your workspace, authenticate you, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private workspace content to train foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

Prompts and the context required to fulfil them are sent to model providers acting as our processors under contract. They may process your input to return a result, but are not permitted to use it for their own model training.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate Apheleia — hosting, model inference, payments, email, and analytics — and when required by law or to protect our users and our rights.

Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@apheleia.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.

Apheleia is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
