Terms of Service

By creating a Apheleia account or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

Apheleia plans and generates software interfaces in response to your prompts. Generated tools are produced automatically and may contain errors; you're responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for decisions, compliance, or anything consequential.

Keep your credentials secure and let us know promptly about unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Apheleia.

The Personal plan is $19 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't use Apheleia to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate malicious code, harass anyone, attempt to circumvent security or usage limits, or resell the service as your own. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the content you bring and, as between you and us, of the tools Apheleia generates for you. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service. We retain all rights in the Apheleia platform itself.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apheleia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will give reasonable notice where practical so you can export your data.
